NUMBERS

In this didactic unit, we will learn the numbers from 0 to 9. We thought that it is important to teach numbers from the very beginning.

In this part we are going to do different activities consisting on singing, crafts activities, dancing and painting.

• Music activity. We are going to sing and dance with a song.

• Painting activities. In this part we are going to give them coloring pages and with all kinds of colors they will paint. The drawings are going to be very easy and simple to paint.

• Crafts activities. In this part we are going to decorate a classroom with numbers theme and do diferent crafts activities.

One hundred feet of numbers

Materials:

- Cardboard colors

- Scissors

- Glue,

- Velcro

- Marker pen

How to make it:

To start, cut the cardboards of different circle colors. Then, on teach circle we will write a number from 0 to 9.

Finally, we will use some velcro to stick the circle to the wall. This way, children may place them on the wall.

(Must not forget that the one hundred feet you can add details, for example, eyes, antennae, feet, head...)

Numbers bowling

Materials:

- Toilet paper tube

- Tempera colors 

- A ball of paper

How to make it:

To start let's paint the toilet paper tubes with tempera paints. 

Each number will be made.

The purpose of this game is that children say the number that have been thrown to the ground. 

This game is like bowling.

Different crafts can be made according to the age of the child. Look at these pictures and get an idea.
